Our Mission

The mission of Hope Community Church Student Ministries is to glorify God by introducing students to Jesus, connecting them to his family, and equipping them to become Christ-like ministers

Our Strategy

  • Introducing - Taking the initiative to share the gospel with students in the power of the Holy Spirit, inviting them to respond in faith, and leaving the outcome to God.
  • Connecting - Helping students to become a meaningful member of the family of God. This involves offering the same unconditional love and acceptance that Jesus offered us.
  • Equipping - Teaching the truth of God’s Word and training them to use their spiritual gifts, to reach out the lost, and to become effective ministers to their generation.

Middle School - Power Zone is our ministry to middle school students. Power Zone meets on Wednesdays at our church building, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Its purpose is to provide our students with a high energy environment where they can have a blast and build friendships with other students and the adult leaders. Along with the fun and games we also take some time to get serious and study God's Word, the source of all truth for life.

High School - Lighthouse is our ministry to high school students. It meets on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The purpose of Lighthouse is to reach out to seeking students who do not have a relationship with God or a church home. We look at a variety of issues that high school students are struggling with today.

CrossTraining - meets on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. This time is designed to train students in the foundations of the faith and their knowledge of God’s Word.

Digging Deeper- is a Senior High Bible study that meets on Sundays twice a month at the home of one of our members.  It begins at 6:30pm.
