Children

Children's Ministries at Hope Community Church consist of Sunday morning nurseries and classes, Wednesday evening AWANA, and other special events throughout the year.

 

From infant to pre-teen, we strive to help the children build relationships with their leaders, peers, and ultimately, the Lord. Through our ministries (staffed with pre-screened and committed people), we encourage the children to KNOW Christ through faith, GROW in the knowledge of Him, and GO into the World to serve Him.

 

Mission: To partner with parents in the spiritual formation of their children and to supply ongoing motivation for them to be the primary disciple-makers of their children.

 

Goal: For children to know Jesus as their Savior, to grow in His knowledge and grace, and to go serve Him with joy!

 

Promise: To protect all children by the screening process of all children’s ministries workers through initial applications and background checks.  To enforce accountability by adhering to the “Safe Child” rule that says: “Never be alone with a child.  Always have an accountability partner with you.”
