Tony Beard
Tony ministers on the campus of Elizabethtown College with DiscipleMakers. Their purpose is to live out Jesus' parting words, “Go and make disciples” (Matt. 28:19). They send staff to college campuses not only because the campus needs to experience the life-changing good news of Jesus Christ, but also because college students are strategically positioned to make a big impact in the world and in the next generation for Christ.

Selah's Heart
Selah’s Heart is a nonprofit providing resources to bereaved mothers and their family and friends by helping them navigate loss and honor the life of their baby. Selah’s heart does this by providing hospital boxes, one-to-one grief support for moms, and grief coaching for the loved ones of the bereaved.

Kathy Anderson
Kathy ministers with North Star Initiative, a non profit organization who advocates for and supports survivors of sex trafficking by providing physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual development through a Christ-centered focus. They provide survivors a "voice" when they can’t speak for themselves.

Cheryl Zimmerman
Cheryl is the Arm of Hope Director in the US. She ministers with Arm of Hope in Ghana, West Africa. Their mission is “to stretch arms of compassion to children living in extreme poverty in the slums of Ghana, West Africa, providing them with the opportunity of education and introducing them to the love of Jesus, giving them real hope for their futures.” Arm of Hope’s vision is “to see young people living in slum communities discipled to love Jesus with all of their hearts, so they can rise up as leaders and disciple-makers who change their community, their country, and their world."

The mission of Hope Within is to share God’s love with people in need through the provision of health care services, dental care, sound counsel and related education. Their vision is to be a local community in which physical, spiritual and emotional needs are met, real hope is prevalent, love for one another abounds and healthy, wholesome lifestyles are the norm.

Community Place on Washington
CPOW seeks to serve, empower and impact disadvantaged people and offers many free services to meet the needs of our community. It is a collaborative effort among United Churches Elizabethtown Area and community members, organizations businesses and social service providers.
