Michelle was born in New Jersey and raised primarily in Lancaster County. Her family has served in ministry her whole life. Michelle graduated from Taylor University in Indiana with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a focus in Peace & Reconciliation, as well as Orphans and Vulnerable Children. Michelle met her husband Peter while working at a coffee shop downtown Lancaster. They married in December 2021 and currently live in Lancaster. Michelle’s hobbies include baking, reading, using creativity in many different ways, learning and growing in the art of coffee, and being with her people!
Michelle has a heart and passion for genuine community, and reaching the world with the Gospel of hope. She has been part of God’s work through trips to Zambia and Haiti, as well as living in both Ethiopia and Ecuador. Being able to learn and be involved in this work, as well as continuing to pursue all that the Lord has for her, Michelle clings to the trust that is Ephesians 3:20-21, “Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
