Hope U

Vision

Our goal with Hope University is to make disciples who are internally strong and externally focused, moving closer to Jesus (knowing His word and becoming like Him) and being externally focused by engaging others around us (joining God’s mission and sharing the gospel).  Our approach is to inform and inspire the head, heart and hands so we grow in our faith and go into our community as missionaries.

Hope U challenges disciples to know Jesus and His word, preparing them to go on mission into our community with the gospel where God redeems a broken world to Himself.

Hope U classes are 6-8 weeks in length and meet on Sunday mornings.

Outcomes

Participants will:

1. Learn a biblical method of interpreting Scripture leading to knowing Jesus and His word while being transformed into His image.
2. Communicate the Bible accurately with the ability to interpret it accurately and apply it faithfully, relationally, sensitively and culturally.
3. Develop meaningful relationships, sharing the hope of the whole gospel.
