Luke 19 tells us of an interaction between Jesus and Zacchaeus, a wealthy tax collector, who eagerly agreed to host him for a meal. Jesus often ministered to others while eating and drinking. Offering hospitality and having a meal together breaks down barriers and provides a pleasant atmosphere for conversation and ministry. Salvation came to Zacchaeus when he came to know Christ.
