Appreciation Sunday

Spiritual fitness, like physical health, requires active participation and exercise. Just as cardiovascular health and muscle mass contribute to physical longevity, serving others strengthens our spiritual well-being. God designed the church with leaders who equip members for service, allowing everyone to use their unique gifts. When we serve, we shift focus from ourselves, exercise spiritual gifts, connect with our community, and experience the joy of participating in God's work. From teaching children to prayer ministry to practical help, there are countless ways to strengthen our spiritual muscles through service.
