All people want to be treated with kindness and respect, but not all people treat others with kindness and respect, especially strangers. Some strangers are nice, most are indifferent, and a few can be downright mean and can treat others poorly. As we see in Luke 10, it was the same in Jesus’ day. How would Jesus have his followers respond to those in need around them?
