Have you considered the fact that God has emotions too? Often, we see things only from the lens of our thoughts and feelings. Yet God has a perspective along with His own thoughts and feelings. Just as our actions and choices have an emotional effect on those around us, they also have an emotional effect upon God. Because He is omniscient, he experiences great joy, deep sadness, anger at sin, displeasure and pleasure all at the same time! How can we try to understand our perfect God better?
